Role Overview & Responsibilities

As a UPS Package Car Driver, you operate one of UPS's iconic brown delivery vehicles across an assigned residential and commercial route, delivering and collecting packages for homes and businesses while representing the UPS brand at every customer doorstep. • Route Execution: Complete 100 to 200 package stops per day on your assigned residential and commercial route, using the UPS DIAD device and GPS routing to navigate efficiently and maintain the on-time service standards that UPS customers depend on every single day.
• Customer-Facing Service: Represent UPS professionally at every stop — obtaining signatures, answering delivery questions, handling access codes for gated communities, and resolving minor delivery exceptions on the spot without escalation.
• Pickup Service: Collect outbound packages from commercial accounts and UPS drop boxes along your route during the afternoon, scanning every item into the system and returning to the package center for end-of-day sort processing.
